Maven’s first location is located in the heart of Paramus, NJ conveniently right off Rt. 4. Our 6,000sq ft location is a state of the art sports medicine and functional training facility. Complete with rubber flooring throughout, it features a Pull-up Rig System with uprights. Paramus also features an array of cardio machines including VersaClimbers, Concept 2 RowErgs and SkiErgs, Rogue Echo Bikes, and self-propelled treadmills Assault Air Runners. Other strength equipment includes dumbbells, kettlebells, Torque Fitness Sleds, and Olympic barbells and bumper plates. Paramus also features men's and women's full locker rooms including lockers, toilets, and full showers with amenities such as towels, shampoo, and body wash provided if needed!
