Adult Membership

  • $140/month

    • Includes Group Fitness classes AND Open Gym sessions

  • $20 Daily Drop-In Registration: HERE

  • Group Fitness Classes:

    • 5:30 am - Monday - Friday

    • 6:30 am - Monday - Friday

    • 9:30 am - Monday - Friday

    • 6:00 pm - Monday - Thursday

    • 6:30 am - Saturday

    • 7:30 am - Saturday  

    • 8:30 am - Saturday

  • Open Gym Sessions: work out on your own, at your own pace during times when classes are not in session.

    • MUST complete Maven Project OR after completion of 3 months of membership to qualify!

      • Morning Sessions:

      • 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

      • 7:30 am - 9:15 am

      • Afternoon Session:

        • 2:30pm - 5:45 pm

Youth Fitness

Physical activity is paramount during adolescent development, yet is so often overlooked. The coaches at Maven have found the perfect balance between education and fun to spur growth in youth aged 11-16. Our Mini Mavens start in a controlled setting where they learn basic, functional skills such as push-ups and squats before they begin their training programs. Our class sizes remain small so your kids receive the personal attention they deserve. Whether you're looking to develop a high-level athlete or just add a component of fitness to your child's lifestyle, Maven Center Kids Fitness will design the right program for you!

  • $75/month for Maven Fitness members

  • $100/month for non-members

  • Monday - Friday 5:00 - 5:45 pm (ages 11-16)

 

Sports Specific Strength & Conditioning

Students are put through a 45 minute Strength and Conditioning program once a week for six weeks. Maven's unique approach improves all areas of fitness including: cardio, endurance, strength, power, balance, flexibility, agility, mobility, stability, coordination, and speed while also working on skills specific to the sport. In the past we have worked with Varsity and JV-level soccer, volleyball, basketball, football, gymnastics, and cheerleading teams. Contact us for scheduling and pricing!
