Required Two Foundational Classes
Members are required to go through two foundational classes. The classes are 30 minutes each to teach you the fundamentals of our workouts. Our trainers will walk you through the exercises, showing you proper technique so you can be well prepared to train on your own. The two classes are an additional one time fee of $60.
Maven Project discount: $82.50/month for life
- Participants in the Maven Project who have signed within one month of completing the Maven Project can receive an additional 25% discount bringing your rate down to $82.50/month for life.
Physical activity is paramount during adolescent development, yet is so often overlooked. The coaches at Maven have found the perfect balance between education and fun to spur growth in youth aged 5-16. We like to start them in a controlled setting where they learn basic, functional skills such as push-ups or squats before we get them moving. Our class sizes remain small so your kids receive the personal attention they deserve. Whether you're looking to develop a high-level athlete or just add a component of fitness to your child's lifestyle, Maven Center Kids Fitness will design the right program for you!
Our current schedule is:
- Monday - Friday 3:30 - 4:15 pm (ages 5-8)
- Monday - Friday 4:30 - 5:15 pm (ages 9-12)
- Monday - Friday 5:15 - 6:00 pm (ages 13-16)
45 MINUTE ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

Sports Specific Strength & Conditioning
Students are put through a 45 minute Strength and Conditioning program once a week for six weeks. Maven's unique approach improves all areas of fitness including: cardio, endurance, strength, power, balance, flexibility, agility, mobility, stability, coordination, and speed while also working on skills specific to the sport. In the past we have worked with Varsity and JV-level soccer, volleyball, basketball, football, gymnastics, and cheerleading teams.
